By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
1. The referral program is open to both new and existing customers of Drive Home.
2. The referred friend must be a new customer who has never subscribed to any of Drive Home’s services before.
How It Works:
1. Refer a Friend:
* Fill out the referral form on the Drive Home website, providing both your information and your friend's.
* Upon submission, a unique discount code will be generated for your friend.
2. Your Friend’s Discount:
* Your friend will receive a 50% discount off their first month of a monthly subscription when they sign up using the referral code.
3. Your Discount:
* Once your friend has completed their first paid month, you will receive a 50% discount on your next month’s subscription if you're an existing customer, or on your first month, if you're also a new customer.
Referral Rewards:
1 For each successful referral, both you and your friend will receive a 50% discount on one month of the monthly subscription plan.
2. If you make multiple successful referrals, discounts can either accumulate to provide a larger discount in the same month (up to 100%) or be applied toward future months' subscriptions.
* Example: If you make two successful referrals, you can either apply both 50% discounts (for a total of 100%) to your next monthly bill or use one 50% discount on your next month and the other 50% discount on the following month.
3. Discounts cannot exceed 100% of the total subscription cost in a single billing cycle. Any remaining discount will roll over to the next month.
4. You can refer an unlimited number of friends, earning a 50% discount for each new friend who completes their first paid month.
Redemption Process:
Once your friend signs up for a monthly subscription and payment is processed for their first month, you will receive an email with your discount code to apply toward your next monthly payment.
Conditions:
1. Both the referrer and the referred must remain active subscribers for the discount to be valid.
2. Discounts cannot be redeemed for cash, applied to previous purchases, or combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts.
3. The 50% discount applies only to monthly subscription plans. It does not apply to any other services or add-ons provided by Drive Home.
Program Limits:
1. Drive Home reserves the right to limit the number of referrals one customer can make if abuse of the program is suspected.
2. The referral program may be changed, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
Fraudulent Activity:
1. Drive Home reserves the right to review, investigate, and disqualify any referral if fraudulent activity or manipulation of the program is suspected.
2. Referral discounts earned through fraudulent means will be voided.
Modification of Terms:
Drive Home reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If changes occur, customers will be notified, and updated terms will be posted on the website.By participating in the referral program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
