Why choose a subscription service over an hourly or full-time designer?

A monthly subscription gives you access to a broad range of design services at a fixed monthly fee, without the high cost of a full-time designer or the unpredictability of hourly contracts. You can pause or resume as needed, paying only when you need design work.

How do we communicate and how will I get my designs?

Projects start with a kickoff call. We'll then collaborate through your design board and Figma. Updates are sent via email with links to designs and a video walkthrough. You're welcome to reach out anytime via email or by scheduling a call.

What if my design needs are occasional or one-time?

The per-project package offers just the amount of work needed to complete an individual project, without requiring a subscription. Alternatively, you can begin the monthly subscription and pause your plan until you have additional design needs.

Can I pause or cancel my monthly subscription?

Yes, you can pause or cancel at any time. Pausing saves unused time for future reactivation. Canceling provides you with a prorated refund for unused time, penalty-free.

Is there a limit to how many designs I can request?

With a monthly subscription, you can queue as many design requests as you need. Requests are delivered one at a time, and you can reprioritize based on what matters most.

What if I’m not satisfied with the designs or need late changes?

With the monthly subscription, you can request unlimited revisions during the design process. Your project isn't complete until you're fully satisfied.

How do I submit design requests?

Submit requests through our shared design board, where you can outline your needs, attach relevant materials, and set deadlines. I’ll be notified as soon as you do, and will be able to prioritize your projects accordingly.
